Covid-19 Safety Measures
In order to minimize your risk of exposure to illness, we will now be taking the following precautions.
Crowd control in the store. Until further notice we will ask that you not bring a companion to your appointment, unless you need a caregiver or guardian to assist you. Parents: we love your children, but please arrange childcare at home if your child does not have a scheduled appointment. We request only one parent accompany each child to his or her appointment. Siblings will not be allowed in the exam room.
All paperwork must be done PRIOR to arrival. When scheduling your appointment, the staff will instruct you where to find the online history form and how to access it. If you do not have this completed before your appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
The front door will be locked. Please knock and a staff member will assist you.
Please bring a mask and wear it upon arrival, for the safety of our staff and others. Anyone without a mask will be provided one. If you are a caregiver or are accompanying your child to his or her appointment, we ask that both you and the patient wear masks.
Temperatures will be taken with a non contact forehead thermometer upon checking in for your appointment. Anyone showing signs of fever or illness will be asked to reschedule his or her visit.
We love your pets, but please arrange for pets to wait outside the store with someone you trust or leave them at home during your visit with us.
If you are picking up glasses, contacts or in need of a adjustment, knock on the door. A staff member will get your name and what services you need. Please wait outside while they either get an optical staff to assist you or get the item you are in need of.
We have several hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the store. Please feel free to use them as necessary.
When trying on frames, you must wear gloves (they will be provided). If you try on the frame, it must be sterilized before it can return to the shelves for display. There will be a basket for you to put them in.
If you are wanting to purchase glasses and do not have an appointment there could be a short wait to enter the building.
