I had a very positive experience during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the process was easy, straightforward, and efficient. I was greeted promptly at my scheduled appointment time, and after a quick check-in, I was guided through the necessary paperwork and preliminary testing without any unnecessary waiting. The staff was friendly, organized, and respectful of my time. I was able to see the optometrist shortly after arriving, and I appreciated how much they valued my input throughout the appointment. They took the time to understand my needs and concerns, and on multiple occasions invited questions and open discussion. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and professionally, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. The optometrist carefully explained the available options and helped me understand the advantages and disadvantages of each choice, allowing me to make the decision that best fit my needs. At no point did I feel rushed, and I felt encouraged to take the time necessary to consider my options. I also appreciated the assistance provided when selecting frames and lenses. There was a good variety of frame options available, and the optician did an excellent job explaining my insurance coverage and providing a clear breakdown of costs. They even showed me examples of different lens types and treatments, which made it much easier to understand the differences and make an informed decision. Overall, I felt I received excellent service and fair value for what I purchased. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I would gladly recommend this practice to friends and family looking for quality eye care.

My wife and I have been coming to this eye center ever since we moved here. This facility is very nice, clean and organized. The staff is very professional. The last doctor we saw was Dr Gamez-Luna. We were very impressed with her. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything and gives sounds advice. We definitely will go back to se her and will recommend her and this center to anyone who needs eye care.

I took my mom in for the first time for an exam. Our entire experience was 10/10. The entire staff was welcoming and showed great customer service. Dr. Gamez-Luna went above and beyond with my mom's exam and was extremely helpful and informative. Staff member Juan was also extremely helpful with his recommendations that saved us a lot of $. We are overall extremely satisfied with my mom's visit and the service received. Thank you!
