OPTOMETRY SERVICES

EyeOptics is a full-service optometry center located in Elk Grove, CA. Our services include Vision Therapy, Optomap Retinal Exams, Myopia Control (Corneal Reshaping), Dry Eye Clinics, Infant Exams, and LASIK.

Vision Therapy

Vision Therapy (VT) develops, improves and enhances people's visual performance. Nearly 80% of all information we receive is visual, therefore, efficient visual skills are a critically important part of learning, working and playing.

Dry Eye Clinic

Dry eye disease has become more and more prevalent today. With increasing use of electronic devices we are blinking much less. Over time, this causes a dysfunction of the meibomian glands, the small glands that secrete essential oils along the eyelid margins.

Optomap Retinal Exam

Our Optomap Retinal Exam can give you a much larger view (200 degrees) of the back of the eye - your retina - than conventional eye exams. The images can be taken without dilating your pupils, which for some patients, can be uncomfortable.

Baby's First Eye Exam

A baby's first visit to an optometrist should happen between 6 and 12 months of age to ensure the child is at risk from undiagnosed vision problems. This is a critical time for eye and vision development and early detection of any problems can help with long term vision.

Myopia Control

The goal of the Myopia Control Clinic is to not only correct your child’s vision, but to use an integrated treatment system to slow down how quickly their prescription increases. One type of treatment offered is Corneal Reshaping Therapy.

LASIK

When considering Laser Vision Correction, the most important question is where to have the procedure performed. We work with NVision, which uses advanced laser beams capable of finer and more accurate treatments than any other laser system available today.
